i have a requirement for which the user who has created the contracts has left the org and business wants to perform amendment on those contract but as user is no more in org they not able to do..i have even created a SR but no response as of now..So can you please help me here..

Any other superuser who has contract administrator role for the BU should be able to open the contract and amend. Kindly try this.
