Hi Raju, as clarified in a previous support request, you can safely ignore the "Blocked" status of LDAP process. Blocked status means that an LDAP process is already running (which will also take care of the roles you just added).
Once the earlier LDAP process completes, the blocked process starts running automatically without any action required from you.
