How can we migrate Oracle EBS R12 Financials historical data to Fusion Financials.

Most clients prefer to migrate only open balances to Fusion. If there is any such requirement, the EBS application can be retained in an OCI instance with access provided to business users (limited user access can be granted).

Regarding Master Data (customer master/vendor master/bank master, etc) do we need to keep/extract this data in some staging area for data cleansing and then upload using FBDI / ADI Template to Fusion?
Please advise.
