Good morning Team,

Please, I am not able to see Tax Classification tab on the Purchase Requisition page(New-Redwood) in Oracle Cloud Self Service Procurement(Redwood) as well as Catalogs and Smart Forms created are also not visible.

Kindly, advice the profile options, roles or required setups to making sure that all the required Redwood features are available in the Purchase Requisition(New) Redwood page as well as Catalogs, Smart forms,Tax Classification tab etc.

Hello,

By default, the Tax section is hidden on all applicable Redwood SSP pages. To make this section visible in SSP, it must be enabled using Visual Builder Studio and to display the Smart Form on the SSP Home page, add the Smart Form to the appropriate Content Zone and configure the required Security Data Access.

To make a Local Catalog visible on the SSP Home page, ensure the following prerequisites are completed:

1. The item is created and assigned to the appropriate Item Category.

2. Create a Browsing Category and map the Item Category to it.
(Navigation: Procurement → Catalogs → Manage Catalog Category Hierarchy)

3. Create a Local Catalog. If the item is not associated with any Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA), enable the Item Master checkbox while creating the catalog.

4. Create a Content Zone and add the Local Catalog to it. Also configure the required Security Data Access for the Content Zone.

Please also review the training material of SSP section for Redwood SSP Roles and Enabling Redwood UI for Self Service Procurement.

Thanks

Dear Sai, thank you for your response. Please, do have a guide or documents make these sections (tax, catalogs, smart forms) visible in SSP using Visual Builder Studio and to display the Smart Form on the SSP Home?            On the classic SSP page, local catalogs, smart forms are all visible, except in Redwood.

Hi Sai, additionally kindly refer me to the page where I can find 'Enabling Redwood UI for Self Service Procurement' as recommended via the portal.oracleerpguide.com. Thank you

Hello Martins,

I have prepared a material for enabling the Redwood UI for SSP, you can contact OEG Admins for the same. Also we need to enable the tax fields in Redwood SSP UI from Oracle Visual Builder which is a part of technical side work.

Please search the local catalogue under shop by category in SSP Homepage and even Smart forms will be visible directly in the homepage. Please search them and check whether you are able to see the local catalogue and smart forms .

Thanks

Hi Sai, thank you for your quick response.                                                                                    I have contacted the admin for the material for enabling the Redwood UI for Oracle Cloud SSP. Additionally, in the Redwood(Puchase Requisition-New) page when I search for local catalog and smart forms, they are not available. However, they are available in the Classic PR page of SSP.

Hello Martin,

For local catalogue have you followed the prerequisites mentioned in the conversation and have you added the smart form in the content zone?

If yes, could you please help to share the local catalogue and smart form names which you have created.

Thanks
