Not able to create Purchase Order even though person having BU has procurement manger access

I am using the Oracle Fusion SCM instance with user: Sophia.Taylor ║
║ ║
║ Issue: ║
║ - I assigned Buyer role to user Sophia.Taylor ║
║ - I assigned US1 Business Unit to the user ║
║ - But when I try to Create Purchase Order, the Procurement BU ║
║ dropdown is EMPTY - no Business Units are showing

Hi Rajesh, thank you for reaching out

Can you please confirm if the user you are using is assigned as a Procurement Agent through "Manage Procurement Agents" task for US1 Business Unit?

that issue is resolved as i have created procurement agent thnx
