I have tried to add Application Implementation Consultant role to user Oliver and ran Import User and Role Application Security Data. After program completed successfully setup and maintenance link is not coming for the user.

Hi Raju, in certain cases we notice that it is intentionally hidden for the user we create by someone (so Setup and Maintenance gets hidden even if you have the correct role of "Application Implementation Manager")
Please create your own user with the role "Application Implementation Manager" role, it will show Setup and Maintenance
