I recently purchased the Oracle ERP Guide course.
I am currently facing an issue where my account logs out every other day. Due to this, I have to repeatedly create a new account through a different administration account. This process is quite time-consuming, as I need to reassign roles and configure data access each time from scratch.
I would appreciate it if you could look into this issue and help resolve it as soon as possible.

The user session does not stay active, we need to login whenever the session expires or at the start of a new workday, Also the user account will not be deactivated unless someone delete the account or lock it, you can try logging in with the same account created if you aren't able to login try to reset the password and check whether the account is active or not.
