I am trying to create items, but items option is not enabled also i am not able to see my organization list in the list of values, please assist on that

Hello,
Before creating the item, ensure that your user has the required access to the inventory organizations where the item will be created and assigned.
This access should be configured in the Security section of the Item Class setup for the relevant inventory organizations.
Once the required access is provided, proceed with creating the item.
