Hi Crystal, it seems that the person number already exists and a duplicate value is not accepted. Can you please try entering unique details and check once more?
If you still face the issue, please let us know the steps that you followed so we can try to reproduce the error from our end and troubleshoot it

Hello,
This error is due to duplicate issue, a user record already exist with the details you are entering, please enter the unique values while creating business user.
