Couldn't update preference

I have created the user several times from session 1 and cannot see the purchase requisitions page.  When I click on the Purchase Requisitions tile, I am directed to the Self Service page where it states I need to update my preferences.  When I attempt to update the pre

Hi Rod, this is most likely happening because your user is not set as a "Procurement Agent" of the business unit for which you are trying to update the preferences

Hello,

As per the attached screenshot, i can see that the deliver to location whichever is added isn't valid or doesn't exist. Please add a valid location and update the preferences, also you need to have advanced procurement requester role and your user needs to be defined as an employee to create requisitions.
