unable to create user in vision instance

Dear Raju,

We tried this on our end, we are able to create users in all the existing instances. Can you please attach a screenshot of the error message? Also, can you please let us know what you are trying to copy?

Hi Team,

I created the my own user and assigned roles on it but while opening my login user account i don't see roles under my user.

I did ran Ldap program also but the program status was showing blocked

It may take 10-15 minutes or so for your roles to reflect. If the LDAP process shows the status "Blocked" it just means that another LDAP process is already running and it will take care of the roles you just added

 

Can you please confirm if the roles have taken effect for your user now?
