Hi Team,

As part of GL training (GL02 - Import COA Values and Hierarchies) it was mentioned that we can use the predefined values in the template.

After loading the data, I can see in the video, values are created under these categories like assets, liabilities, income, expenses etc.

However the same categories I am unable to find in FBDI template.

How do i know which account falls under which category upfront even before I upload.

Can you kindly guide me in breaking down the things and help me understand.

Is there a way i can restrict only 5 digit accounts, because I have configured my value set with length as 5.

If possible, a short call will help me answer my questions.
