Job Description
  • Requirements gathering by conducting workshops and analysis sessions with the customer 
  • Map client requirements against Oracle Fusion Projects Modules like Project Costing, Project Billing, Project Contracts, and Performance Reporting etc. within the time frame
  • To develop understanding of Projects functional flows, configuration, and integration with other financial modules
  • Able to interpret functional requirements and deliver the system / process designs in the project area
  • Design module specific and end to end process solution in the context of integrated Oracle PPM modules.
  • Should be capable of handling Functional Fit-Gap analysis
  • Good understanding of accounting flows in Oracle PPM
  • Manage project documentation based on OUM methodology
  • Manage project module configuration in Oracle EBS and Fusion application
  • Should manage support and conduct CRPs/SITs/UATs and the preparation test scenarios & scripts in the applicable areas
  • Strong conceptual knowledge in P2P; O2C; R2R and A2R cycles
  • Should manage, support, and conduct end use training and the preparation of appropriate training materials 
  • Manage participate project review session with the customer
  • Manage quality aspects in each project implementation phases
  • Support the team in planning and project management activities and client relationships
  • Manage and support internal KPI’s

Experience:  

  • Core experience in finance functions
  • Minimum 5-6 years of relevant on experience on ERP/Fin modules with focus area in Oracle PPM cloud offerings such as Project Costing, Project Contracts, Project Billing and Project Control
  • Should have worked in at least 2 full life cycle implementations with at least one of the implementations in EBS and another in Fusion Financials
  • Experience in Oracle EBS Project areas
  • Experience of having worked in a client facing delivery role
  • Experience in project planning and management 
  • Competencies / Skills:
  • Strong customer handling skills and ability to lead & mentor team-members
  • Ability to drive project and team independently
  • Strong communication skills and ability to translate requirements into design documents.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, strong analytical & problem-solving skills
  • Ability to acquire, absorb, and apply complex business knowledge to problems quickly
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Ability to follow well defined release management processes
  • Ability to multitask and still stay focused on release priorities
  • Must have valid passport.
  • Client site work / Business Traveling involved 

Education:

  • Should be a graduate from any reputed educational institution, having Oracle certification is an added advantage
