Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Consultant with hands-on experience in building and supporting integrations. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud and be proficient with key tools like HCM Extracts, HCM Data Loader (HDL), and HCM REST APIs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and support inbound/outbound integrations with Oracle HCM Cloud
- Create and troubleshoot HCM Extracts for third-party systems (e.g., payroll, benefits)
- Proficient on Fast Formulas
- Leverage HCM REST/SOAP APIs for data exchange
- Collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements and translate into technical solutions
- Participate in testing, deployment, and post-production support
Required Skills:
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud integrations
- Proficiency in HCM Extracts, HDL, and HCM APIs (REST/SOAP)
- Desirable: Basic knowledge of HCM modules (Core HR, Absence, Payroll interface)
