Infosys is seeking a skilled Oracle HCM Consultant to lead the implementation and configuration of key Oracle HCM modules, including Oracle Time and Labor, Leave and Absence, and Benefits
Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and configuration of Oracle HCM modules, specifically Oracle Time and Labor, Oracle Leave and Absence, and Oracle Benefits
- Develop and optimize Oracle Fast Formulas to meet business requirements and enhance system functionality.
- Providing functional consulting services through the entire systems development lifecycle
- Identifying business requirements and mapping them to the Oracle Cloud functionality
- Design and generate complex reports using BI Publisher to provide actionable insights to stakeholder
- Identifying functionality gaps and developing solutions for them
- Advising clients on options, risks, and any impacts on other processes or systems
- Configuring the Oracle Cloud Applications to meet client requirements
- Developing an understanding of a client’s current state process and developing future state recommendations
- Developing end-user documentation and training materials
- Delivering end-user training
- Effectively communicating and driving project deliverables
- Completing tasks efficiently and in a timely manner Providing status and issue reports to the project manager/client on a regular basis
- Recommending roadmaps to close performance gaps and developing high level implementation plans
- Gathering and analyzing business requirements
- Participation in sales cycles through providing subject/technical matter expertise, estimating work, development of sales proposals and statements of work
Technical and Professional Requirements:
- At least Experience in minimum three Oracle Cloud HCM modules like OTL, TLAMB, Global HR, Talent Management, Workforce Compensation, Recruitment.
- Should be very strong in Page personalization, HCM Design Studio, Auto-complete rules, Approval workflows, Checklist, Role Security RBAC model
- HDL data uploads hands-on is must
- Concept of Position management is good to have
- Ability to build simpler OTBI / BI Publisher is good to have
- Oracle EBS R12 Core HR co-existence functional knowledge will be a big advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in software development life cycle
- Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
- Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
