Job Description

Infosys is seeking a skilled Oracle HCM Consultant to lead the implementation and configuration of key Oracle HCM modules, including Oracle Time and Labor, Leave and Absence, and Benefits

Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation and configuration of Oracle HCM modules, specifically Oracle Time and Labor, Oracle Leave and Absence, and Oracle Benefits
  • Develop and optimize Oracle Fast Formulas to meet business requirements and enhance system functionality.
  • Providing functional consulting services through the entire systems development lifecycle
  • Identifying business requirements and mapping them to the Oracle Cloud functionality
  • Design and generate complex reports using BI Publisher to provide actionable insights to stakeholder
  • Identifying functionality gaps and developing solutions for them
  • Advising clients on options, risks, and any impacts on other processes or systems
  • Configuring the Oracle Cloud Applications to meet client requirements
  • Developing an understanding of a client’s current state process and developing future state recommendations
  • Developing end-user documentation and training materials
  • Delivering end-user training
  • Effectively communicating and driving project deliverables
  • Completing tasks efficiently and in a timely manner Providing status and issue reports to the project manager/client on a regular basis
  • Recommending roadmaps to close performance gaps and developing high level implementation plans
  • Gathering and analyzing business requirements
  • Participation in sales cycles through providing subject/technical matter expertise, estimating work, development of sales proposals and statements of work

Technical and Professional Requirements:

  • At least Experience in minimum three Oracle Cloud HCM modules like OTL, TLAMB, Global HR, Talent Management, Workforce Compensation, Recruitment.
  • Should be very strong in Page personalization, HCM Design Studio, Auto-complete rules, Approval workflows, Checklist, Role Security RBAC model
  • HDL data uploads hands-on is must
  • Concept of Position management is good to have
  • Ability to build simpler OTBI / BI Publisher is good to have
  • Oracle EBS R12 Core HR co-existence functional knowledge will be a big advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in software development life cycle
  • Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
  • Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
