The Oracle Cloud HCM Architect owns the client project solution and the direction of the project. The Oracle HCM Architect will also partner with the HCM Managing Director on best practices and foundational design across projects, both during sales process and more formally during project design phase. Together, you’ll help build client relationships, Oracle relationships and our delivery team and impact the growth of our HCM practice!
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the client:
- Help with executive alignment regarding project direction and escalations.
- Manage and ensure issue resolution.
- Participate in projects as the project solution architect.
- Own the project solution:
- Manage the functional relationship and alignment with the customer.
- Lead the project team on the functional architecture of the project and assist the technical team.
- Work with functional leads to determining the best solution for the customer.
- Understanding the following with a degree of confidence and how they interact across modules and from a functional perspective enough to be able to talk an HR client through some of these concepts:

- Own the direction of the project:
- Participates in the project design process.
- Align with Project leadership.
- Help drive the project team to the best solution for customers.
- Help to manage how we enable team to implement Oracle.
- Possess an overall awareness of everything going on in customer’s implementation.
- Help with high-level solutioning in emerging areas.
- Participate in the Sales Process and internal projects:
- May be involvement in the sales cycle such as SOW review, awareness, strategizing, directing approach, risk analyzing, and possibly approval granting.
- May conduct interviews and suggest the people needed.
- May make recommendations on investment of staff.
