Due to continued growth, Elire currently is looking to add a full-time W2 Cloud HCM Sr. Consultant to join our elite Cloud HCM Practice team. Elire offers training for the right candidate through a combination of classroom and client-site job shadowing. We are looking to add to our team professionals who are motivated to learn or expand upon their knowledge of Human Capital Management workspace as well as the technology that supports such.
This resource will be performing and assisting with the following activities:
- Client support for the Core HR module including workforce structures, HR actions, self-service, workflow, and Journeys
- Implementation of Redwood pages
- Implementation of Position Management
- Implementation of HR Help Desk
- Assist other consultants supporting the following modules: Recruiting, Talent Management, Benefits, Compensation, Time and Labor, Absence, and Payroll
- Provide HCM expertise to Financials and Procurement teams
- Develop OTBI reports for troubleshooting issues and client needs
- Develop and maintain productive relationships through individual contacts and group meetings
- Understand customer requirements and business objectives
- Creation and distribution of meeting materials
- Contribute to provide strategic advice on using technology to achieve goals
- Execution of design sessions including fit-gap analysis
- Creating Functional Specifications for Technical Team
- Creating testing strategies, test scenarios, and test scripts
- Leading efforts contributing to the implementation lifecycle
- Presenting best practices
- Creating current and future state process flow diagrams
- Effective liaison between the client team, Business Analyst and Technical Team
- Accountability for significant project deliverables
- Project management coordination and administration
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
- Experience with supporting Oracle Cloud HCM including at least 1 full life cycle implementation
- Experience with supporting Core HR module
- Technical experience with report writing
- Experience configuring redwood pages in visual builder studio
- Experience guiding other consultants
- Experience with Microsoft, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience with Microsoft Visio a plus
- Experience facilitating meetings – able to conduct meetings with stakeholders and influence outcomes
- Knowledge of business processes from a human resource working environment, is a plus
- Knowledge of payroll processing, is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment and to work within a supervised or unsupervised environment to complete work activities
- Strong communication and presentation skills and a proven ability to work with employees at all levels of the organization, including senior leadership
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong analytical skills with problem solving abilities
- Proven sensitivity to cultural diversity in the business environment
- Self-starter, and ability to take initiative outside of assigned tasks
- 5 plus years of experience with any Human Capital Management Software

- Willingness to travel up to 25%, especially during peak times of a project
- Bachelor’s Degree or Higher, Computer Science, Information Systems, Human Resources Majors preferred
- You may reside anywhere in the contiguous United States as long as you have access to major airport
- Legally able to work for any employer in the US
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- 2-3 years of consulting or relevant professional experience (Accounting, Financials, Human Resources)
