- Lead and point of contact on US hours for Middleware Integrations between Oracle HCM Cloud and its Interface partner, utilizing HCM Extracts, OTBI for Oracle HCM Cloud and Oracle Fusion Middleware (SOA, OSB, ODI MFT), ATF, Dseries(CA Workload Automation), Oracle PL/SQL and Unix Scripting for Middleware Integration
- Support Critical Process with Business User for Oracle HCM including Payroll Runs, Post Payroll Runs, General Ledger Actuals and Accruals and Year End Benefits that involves Middleware Integration
- Monitor, Suspend Recover Jobs during Oracle maintenances (for Oracle HCM Cloud) that will cause outages, along with server patching for its Middleware Servers (Informatica, Oracle Fusion Middleware)
- Provide Solutions and Design for Integrations for new integrations needed by Business Users/Client IT. Providing Estimates and High-Level Design on a technical perspective
- Incident, Request and Problem Management for HR Integration Tickets and Issues and Request from Business
Required Skills & Experience:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Integrations
- A minimum of 3 years of experience Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)
Bonus Points If:
- Experience using Oracle PL/SQL and Unix Scripting for Middleware Integration
- Experience performing Design & Build Enablement
- Oracle Cloud certifications
