The Lead Consultant will collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their functional requirements and will be responsible for the design and configuration of their cloud solution to ensure a seamless implementation.
You will:
- Lead the solution design and implementation aspects of Oracle Cloud ERP Financials implementations, ensuring high quality delivery within constraints of time and budget.
- Analyse business needs to help ensure Oracle solution meets the customer’s objectives by combining industry best practices, product knowledge, and business acumen.
- Act as the team lead on projects, also providing coaching, guidance, and feedback to develop skills of other team members.
- Collaborate closely with other Oracle departments (e.g., development, sales, support)
- Support the business development efforts by pursuing new opportunities and extensions.
- Collaborate with the (consulting) sales team by providing domain expertise.

Key Skills/Qualifications:
- 8-10 years of Oracle ERP experience relevant to this position, including consulting experience. Oracle ERP Cloud experience is a plus.
- Fluency in Dutch; proficiency in English.
- Relevant Master’s or Bachelor’s degree.
- High level of energy, drive, enthusiasm, commitment, self-belief, and achievement orientation.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on growing business.
- Willingness and ability to travel as needed.
