Job Description

As an Oracle Cloud Compensation Consultant, you will provide domain, functional, and technical expertise required to effectively design and implement HR solutions on the Oracle Cloud HCM Compensation module.

Travel to client sites may be required up to 25% of the time

• Identify business requirements and align them to Oracle Compensation?solutions;
• Configure and implement Oracle Compensation modules based on client requirements;
• Work with the client to develop business solution designs to ensure that business requirements are met;
• Participate in all stages of the project life cycle from design to testing and deployment;
• Document and perform application set ups in test and production instances;
• Raise issues as they come up and work on resolutions in a timely manner to ensure adherence to the project schedule;
• Participate with the respective client functional lead throughout system testing. 

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in a consulting environment or related industry experience working directly with Oracle Cloud HCM;
• 4 years of related technical, business or project experience;
• Experience as an Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Compensation Consultant on at least two full-cycle implementations;
• Proficiency on two or more application modules; 
• Ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats. 

Extra Edge

• Experience with Oracle Absence Management or Learn.
