KPMG is seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Payroll Consultant to support the implementation of Oracle Payroll for a key client. This role involves working closely with the client to gather requirements, configure the system, conduct testing, and ensure successful deployment.
Responsibilities
- Support the Oracle HCM Payroll implementation for Client including conducting requirements identification, design, configuration, testing, resolving defects, directly supporting Parallel Payroll testing and conducting Knowledge Transfer with the client.
- Work with parallel modules (HR, Benefits, T&L) as needed to coordinate setup, testing and deployment.
Qualifications:
- Oracle Cloud Payroll implementation experience 5-7 years.
- Union experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate field from an accredited college/university
- Strong verbal and analytical skills with the ability to write at a publication quality level
- Detailed understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP System concepts and general module functionality
