Job Description

Deloitte is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Oracle Fusion PPM Consultant with 3–5 years of experience to join the team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion Project Portfolio Management (PPM) modules, strong functional understanding of project management processes, and the ability to deliver business-driven solutions for enterprise clients.

Required Skill

  • Gather and analyze business requirements related to project management and convert them into Oracle Fusion PPM configurations.
  • Configure and implement Oracle Fusion PPM modules, including but not limited to:
  • Project Financial Management (Project Costing, Project Billing, Project Contracts)
  • Project Execution Management
  • Project Control and Resource Management
  • Support full-cycle implementations – including requirement analysis, configuration, testing (SIT/UAT), and go-live support.
  • Conduct functional testing, resolve defects, and provide post-implementation support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Procurement, HCM) for integrated solutions.
  • Deliver training sessions and user documentation for business users.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and propose system enhancements.
  • Troubleshoot functional issues and provide resolutions in a timely manner.

Preferred skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in Oracle Fusion PPM implementation and support.
  • Strong knowledge of business processes related to project accounting, cost management, billing, and resource utilization.
  • Hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud PPM modules.
  • Experience with Fusion tools such as BI Publisher, OTBI, FBDI, AOR, and Security Roles.
  • Ability to manage client communications independently.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Oracle Cloud Certification in PPM is a plus.

Qualification

  • Experience in Agile/Waterfall project delivery methodologies.
  • Understanding of project budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
  • Exposure to integration tools/APIs for Oracle Fusion Cloud.
