Hi,
I am using one of the default user login which has Tools option but under that 'Reporting and Analytics' is not appearing. I tried whatver I could find on Oracle Support but nothing is working. I can use other instance when they work but curious to know how to fix it.

Hi Alok, apologies for the delayed response.
Generally the role "Line Manager" provides the Reports and Analytics section under the tools. Can you check the instances now? It seems all the instances do have this option
