I have tried one more time and getting same issue again.
i created first Business user by 'Manage Users ' Task as suggested in recording and then assigned roles as mentioned in sequence again followed by recording and while reaching to 'Procurement Agent' Task ,then unable to find my Agent name over there and getting error as shown in attachment.
please suggest .

Hi Ram,
Can you please confirm that within manage users, the person type is mentioned as "Employee" and the Business Unit "US1 Business Unit" is associated with it?
Once this is done, it should start working

It has been resolved now.
There were space problem that i added with surname then comma and first name while query for and an Agent.
