How to control invoice generation untill all lines in sales order in awaiting billing

Dear TRIPURAMALLU,
To achieve this scenario, we can put Sales order on invoicing hold when order is booked. Until and unless, that hold is removed, no line can be invoiced even on running the ‘import autoinvoice’ program. So, when user is done with shipping of all Sales Order lines, he/she can remove the hold and run ‘import autoinvoice’ program.

but the requirement is the hold should be placed / released automatically
