I have gone through the Advanced Collection module videos and I have questions regarding Dunning letter printing / email from Strategy tasks -

1. I am interested in mass / bulk printing of these letters - as my scenario required the letters to be sent to a third party (server I am guessing) to add bar codes and giro slips to the letters produced.  Is there a program to run to achieve this and profile to print automatically

2. Some customers have email as an option while majority is set as Print.  Is there a way I can initiate dunning for the different correspondence type and even select different dunning letter template based on either email or print option for Customers

3. I am investigating if there is an option to produce the dunning letter as CSV data record comma delimited and sent to 3rd party who will use records to produce dunning letter.  Is this a feasible option?

Ultimately I feel this area will be worth a video tutorial
