I created one custom application, process category, event class and event type. Defined all the rules of accounting and successfully imported accounting transaction (Both in newly created cloud subledger and in GL). Now when trying to use description rule, those description are coming till subledger only and not passing to GL journal. Is there any way we can push this Journal description to GL also??
As long as the SLA rules for JE descriptions are defined it should work. Can you share some examples?

24/05/2024 11:13 pm Unfortunately instance got refreshed . But i was importing transactions using AHC (new custom application) and importing to GL . I was selecting "Final" mode while importing and checking directly in GL but there was no desc . then i checked subledger Journal then it was there . I saw Suhas's video on AHC and there also he showed desc in subledger journal only and not in GL .
FAH journals will not have a description at the GL level as multiple lines from SLA journals may be consolidated into a single line at the GL level for FAH subledgers. (Fusion does not support "Group by" rules for FAH subledgers under Manage Subledger Accounting Options)
