We are having an Invoice Hold workflow configured. It is working fine and sending a notification to user successfully without any issue. However, Once the Workflow notification assigned to User and if user does nothing after reminder and escalation. Notification gets automatically expired.
Oracle should provide the functionality to Re-initiate this expired Invoice Hold workflow like it is given for Invoice Codin and Invoice Approval workflow.
In our case is price hold,
Any idea if this is possible?
