We are having an Invoice Hold workflow configured. It is working fine and sending a notification to user successfully without any issue. However, Once the Workflow notification assigned to User and if user does nothing after reminder and escalation. Notification gets automatically expired.
Oracle should provide the functionality to Re-initiate this expired Invoice Hold workflow like it is given for Invoice Codin and Invoice Approval workflow.
In our case is price hold,
Any idea if this is possible?

Dear Amar,

You can configure the notification expiration days.

  1. Navigate to BPM Worklist
  2. In the Tasks to be configured region, select ReqApproval.

  3. Click the Edit task icon.

  4. Click the Deadlines tab.

  5. In the Escalation section, click Expire.

  6. Configure the expiration duration.

You can change the configuration as per your requirement.
