Control Budget: - Why my user name is not appearing in the list. please check screenshot for more information. Due to this i am not able to do any single transaction in same ledger.

Hi,
Can you share the URL and password from where you are trying to do this.
Will check and revert back.

you must be an employee to appear in the list.
From Setup and maintenance >> from Task list >> Search >> Manage users
create a user and make person type as "employee" or "contingent worker" and link it with your account.
