Advanced collections - Dashboard is blank...inspite of having delinquent customers for which the logged in user is assigned as collector.
If I search for a customer wher ethe logged in user is marked as collector, I am able to see the customer..however in the profile, some other collector name is indicated.

Dear P V Sathish,
Presuming you are using collections strategy assignment by segment, please run the following process in the given order:
- Refresh Receivables Transactions for Customer Account Summaries
- Collections Delinquency Management
- Collections Scoring and Strategy Assignment
- Update Collections Summary Data
- Then log out and login again and go to the collections dashboard and confirm
