By continuing to use this website or by registering as a user on this website or by purchasing any product / subscription from OEG, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Pay Monthly, Commit Annually
Pay monthly commit annually is introduced to make OEG One more affordable for a large variety of customers. This allows you to pay monthly, over the annual (i.e. 12 months) contract length. If you cancel the “pay monthly, commit annually” subscription, you will continue to be charged for the duration of the commitment length in your contract, which is 12 months . The commitment length is the period of time that you’ve agreed to use and pay for a subscription; the billing cycle is how often you have agreed to make payments within that time period. For example, if your contract has a 12-month commitment term with a monthly billing cycle and you decide to cancel your subscription after eight months, you will continue to be charged monthly until the end of your 12-month commitment term. For this plan, cancellation before expiry of 12 months is not possible in any case. It is a legally binding contract in which you agree to pay for at least 12 months.
Training Courses
OEG will provide access to subscriptions which can be streamed on the platform of OEG. Downloading of videos is not permitted. Any reproduction of the videos or any learning content including but not restricted to screen recording is strictly prohibited Every subscription is intended only for the person purchasing the said subscription. Access, by any person other than the purchaser, to any videos / live trainings / instance or any other material is not allowed. For any certification exam material provided, there is no guarantee of passing the exam. The outcome of the result depends solely on the person attempting the exam. The correctness of the mock certification MCQs is not verified and OEG is not responsible for the same. Subscriptions will be renewed automatically. You can cancel your subscriptions any time. Training courses include doubt clarification support. This support is only limited to the topics and flows covered in the training, to the extent covered in the training. Any other support will be separately chargeable. In rare cases, it may not be possible to pinpoint / troubleshoot the issue even if it is covered in the training.
Fusion Instance
This provides Functional Access to the Fusion Cloud Instance. It can be used for Financials, Supply Chain, Human Capital etc… It does not include SQL access to the Oracle Database. Instance will be down for approx 1 or 2 days in a week for Oracle Maintenance. Oracle may periodically (Weekly or otherwise) refresh and restore to fresh clone. Schedules for maintenance and refresh are NOT announced by Oracle. It is done without notifying the members. In case instance is down or slow for more than 2 days in a week, such excess downtime will be added free to your subscription towards the end. Sometimes Instance can become slow due to some processes running or load on server. In such case, you can wait for some time and try again. It may take up to 24 hours after order and payment confirmation to share instance credentials. You may use the Instance for Self Study and NOT for conducting Trainings. The Instance is only for Self Study and NOT for Business Critical work. Do not share Credentials with any other people. You may Create Users, Assign Roles and Create Implementation Projects as you need for your testing. Please avoid creating too many implementation projects and users. Access to Instance does not grant ownership licenses to the instance. You are allowed to use/setup/configure the instance on rental / rent / subscription. A Vision or Test Instance will be provided as per availability. The Instances are owned, deployed and maintained by Oracle Corp on their server (cloud) OEG does not have any control over the schedule or frequency of refresh / speed of the instance The credentials are intended only for 1 person per subscription, sharing of fusion instance credentials to any person other than the person who has purchased the subscription is strictly prohibited
General Terms
OEG reserves the right to put any account on hold or permanently disable accounts due to breach of these Terms of Service and/or our Community Standards or due to any illegal or inappropriate use of the Site or services. Violation of OEG Terms of Service and/or our Community Standards may get your account disabled permanently. Users who have violated our Terms of Service and/or our Community Standards and had their account disabled may contact our Customer Support team for more information surrounding the violation and status of the account. Users have the option to enable account Security features to protect their account from any unauthorized usage. Users must be able to verify their account ownership through Customer Support by providing materials that prove ownership of that account. OEG may make changes to its Terms of Service from time to time. When these changes are made, OEG will make a new copy of the terms of service available on this page. You understand and agree that if you use OEG after the date on which the Terms of Service have changed, OEG will treat your use as acceptance of the updated Terms of Service. Any discount extended is valid for a period of 7 days unless otherwise specified in writing.
Refund and Cancellation
OEG reserves the right to terminate any subscription at any point of time by providing a proportionate refund at any time. If a promised service / product is not delivered to the customer at all, we will make a full effort to resolve the issue. If it is not possible to resolve the issue, a refund can be granted. If a refund is eligible as per the above terms, it will be completed within 15 working days. A refund cannot be granted in any other case.
Shipping and Delivery
After an order is placed, the books will be shipped from our office within 2 business days. Books will be shipped via DTDC or Fedex or any other partner. Delivery will take 7 business days after shipping to reach your doorstep. Deliveries may take minimum 4 to maximum 14 business days.
Community / Forum
For the purpose of customer convenience, OEG has introduced Community / Forum where doubts can be posted A guarantee regarding maximum response time is not provided OEG reserves the right to disable the forum at any point of time and shift the customer support to any other mode Support through the forum is only available for customers with relevant active subscription Any private messages / connection through the forum is not allowed Sharing of instance credentials on the forum is not allowed Sharing of full name / social media profile links / social media profile names / email IDs / phone numbers or any other mode of direct communication is not allowed
Job Assistance / Job Portal
The job postings are consolidated for the convenience of customers. The job post details are pasted by OEG on an as-is basis (except for correction of grammatical / spacing or such other issues) Unless otherwise specified in writing, OEG does not claim to have a partnership or association with any company. The jobs are made available for the convenience of the customers. OEG will not be liable for any rejection of an application for any reason. Since the application is made on respective websites of the companies (i.e. websites other then OEG’s website), the said companies are responsible for the protection of your privacy, data etc. We will not be help responsible under and circumstances, since we are just providing the links to the current active jobs and are not requesting for any documents from the users. The logos used are the property of the respective companies. OEG does not claim to have any rights / ownership of the logos.
